Design & Engineering
Good moulds lies first in good design.
By researching along with domestic and international excellent peers, our design team are not only good at 2D, 3D products and mould design but also bring great value such as “efficient” and “innovation” as much as possible to our customers.
We attach great importance to the construction of the engineering team and can provide customers with product design, DFM analysis, Mold Flow, product modification and other works. Our mould design team is composed of more than 10 senior mould design elites with over ten years of mould design experience in the factory, and has the design ability to design more than 30 sets of complex moulds at the same time.
Be familiar with various design standards including: HASCO, DME, MISUMI, PUNCH and customer-specified standards, etc.
